I made this piece thinking about what a movie poster or graphic novel cover for my stories would be. This is one I came up with. I created it digitally, and incorporated many elements that pertain to the story and characters within. I wanted to make it look as epic and cinematic as possible. The setting is a battlefield, the dragon has just been pierced through the heart, and the man on the ground disemboweled. In the background, soldiers stumble toward the twins bathed in red, barely human, indistinguishable from each other, but knowing that the fight is over no matter what side they’re on. Yippie. Don’t worry dragon lives sort of, but not guy on ground. Orion is the standing one, he is a seer and the more he exposed the future the more he exposed himself (innards!). The crouching one is Dea, the hunter, the more she hunts the more of her mind she loses (insanity!!). On the ground is Ciaran.
