This is my most ambitious sculpture so far, and while it didn’t turn out exactly how I expected, I’m satisfied with it as the first sculpture I’ve ever attempted. I strayed a bit from the theme of this project- nature vs. nurture, but I ended up creating a backstory. I wanted to explore something near and dear to human culture- dragons, which appear globally in various forms, and create something that might exist out in the wild.
